Every person who heals themselves properly changes the room around them. Their family, their friendships, the people they go on to work with, it all shifts.
That's the whole idea behind Ripple. One person doing this work well doesn't just help that one person. It moves outward!
This programme exists because the world needs more people who can hold this work properly, and because every practitioner who trains here becomes part of that wider ripple.
Ripple is a six-month training built around four pillars:
The Self,
The Skill,
The Safety,
The Service.
You'll work through your own patterns before you're asked to guide anyone else's.
You'll build real technical skill, not just theory. You'll learn the parts of this work that don't get talked about enough too- boundaries, ethics, what to do when a session goes somewhere you didn't expect. And you'll come out the other side knowing exactly how you want to serve, in a way that's yours.

The Curriculum
Ripple isn't a bundle of modules you work through alone. It's a structure, built in four parts, each one laying the ground for the next. You start with yourself, because you can't hold this work for anyone else until you've held it for you. From there you build the skill, the safety, and finally the service, so that by the end you're not just trained, you're ready!
Ripple is built to work wherever you are. If the in-person intensives aren't accessible to you, you'll receive an additional 1-1 mentoring session to cover that ground with me directly, so you're not missing the depth those days are designed to give you.

The Self
Personal mastery and embodiment
Before you can hold space for others, you have to know your own ground. This pillar opens with a sacred opening ceremony exploring who you are and why you're here, moves into shadow work and the wounded healer archetype, and works through the patterns that shape how you show up in service to others — including the difference between codependency and healthy support.
The Skill
Technical training and facilitation
Here you'll develop the practical craft of holding space: sacred circle principles, group facilitation, and the art of presence over fixing. You'll also learn to write and record guided meditations, find your voice as an instrument, and build the confidence to lead others through transformative experiences. This pillar includes your Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 attunements, alongside a full-day in-person intensive for hands-on practice.
The Safety
Ethics, trauma awareness and safeguarding
Real leadership means knowing your scope and your limits. This pillar covers trauma-informed practice, nervous system awareness, and recognising when to hold space versus when to refer. It includes external certification in Mental Health First Aid, Domestic Violence Awareness, and Physical First Aid, giving you practical safety tools alongside the deeper work.
The Service
Leadership and meaningful impact
The final pillar turns everything you've learned into your own offering. You'll build your personal code of ethics, design your signature offering, and step into your role as a Ripple leader, closing with an in-person graduation intensive where you'll facilitate your own mini-circle and celebrate with the cohort that's walked this with you.

Patterns of the Healer: recognising your own wounds, projections, and blind spots before you work with anyone else's
Co-dependency vs. healthy support: Knowing the difference and holding the line
The wounded healer archetype:
Using your story as fuel, not a liability
The Skill
You will recieve attunement in Usui Reiki to Levels one and two
Practical lessons on how to lead a meditation, how to write your own and how to record them for online use
Holding Space: Whether its to hold a full circle or just hold space for individuals, you're taught the fine art of witnessing, listening and guiding others.
The Safety
You'll go deep into ethics, personal safety, safeguarding others.
We will have a guest Mental Health First Aid Trainer and guest speakers on trauma-informed practices and domestic violence awareness and signposting.
